I happen to love the view outside the local movie house. Also, notice the spiky metal along the stone ledge, presumably placed there to prevent some less than careful individuals from sitting on it and falling backward to their demise (or at least some serious injury).

The view is so nice! This can attract a lot of movie-lovers and make them want to watch inside that movie house.
